Candidate must profess a Christian Faith, maintain membership in a local congregation, and respect the values and distinctives central to the historically Baptist values of HSU as reflected in the University’s Statement of Faith.

SUMMARY/SCOPE:

The Head Softball Coach will be required to teach, supervise, and correct all techniques, schemes for practice and games.

Oversees all aspects of the softball program at Hardin-Simmons University including prepping the softball field for practices and games.

Plan and organize in-season practice sessions.

In addition, responsible for all coaching decisions during competition.
